How to Download an X Video on Android
Save an available MP4 from a public X post in your browser and locate it with the Android Files app.
Download in your mobile browser
1. Copy the link to a public X or Twitter post containing a video.
2. Open XTwitter Downloader in your Android browser, paste the link, and choose ‘Process X post.’
3. Select an available MP4 resolution and choose ‘Download video.’ Your browser may show a download confirmation or progress notification.
Find the downloaded file
Open your device’s Files app and check Downloads or the app’s recent files. Android Help notes that file apps and steps can vary by device manufacturer, so your phone may use a different file manager or label.
If the file is missing
Check the browser’s download list and the Files app. If no video options appear, confirm that the URL points to a public post with a supported video.
