How to Download an X Video on iPhone
Download an available MP4 from a public X post in Safari, then locate it in the iPhone Files app.
Use the downloader in Safari
1. Copy the link to a public X or Twitter post that contains a video.
2. In Safari, open XTwitter Downloader, paste the post link, and choose ‘Process X post.’
3. Select an available MP4 resolution, then choose ‘Download video.’ Follow Safari’s download prompt if one appears.
Find the downloaded MP4
Tap Safari’s Downloads button near the search field to see a recent download. You can also open the Files app and look in the Downloads folder under the location configured for Safari, such as iCloud Drive or On My iPhone. The exact location can vary with your Safari settings.
If it does not appear
Check Safari’s download list and the Downloads folder in Files. Confirm that the post is public and contains a supported video, then try its direct x.com or twitter.com post link.
